Today's snowy day went by so fast! This morning we read with partners from our poem notebooks. This is such a great activity to improve our reading fluency!
We met with our 2nd grade buddies and we read books from our book boxes.
We also helped with 2nd grade math homework using tape measures! Good thing we practiced with these earlier this week!
We talked about adding titles to our stories that we have been writing during journals this week. Most are finished and we will be sending these stories home sometime next week for you to see!
This afternoon we learned about the number grid. Ask your child one thing they noticed about the number grid today!
We had our first drawing for our April reading incentive! Congratulations Sada! Continue to read, read, read, and bring in those pink slips. We will draw another name on Friday.
